Can I provide my own design?

Do you require a deposit for artwork?

Absolutely! If you are supplying your own artwork, it must be “print ready” meaning that the file types need to be in a .pdf, .psd, .ai, .eps, or .jpeg format and must be AT LEAST 300dpi. The higher the quality of the image is, the better it will print onto a shirt. It also needs to be correctly sized to how you want it printed.

For new clients we require a $100 deposit for designs that will take more than one hour of artwork time. However, once a long standing client relationship is built we generally waive the deposit fee.

How many art changes am I allowed?

Do you provide a sketch of the design beforehand?

We can provide a sketch if requested, however we have found that in most cases our clients have simply trusted our design judgement and have been very pleased with the first rendering and request only minor changes or none at all.

You can request as many art changes as you would like, however, you should be aware that the changes are billed hourly and added to the total art time so we ask to keep them to a minimum for your wallet's sake.
